This elegant and bright rosé “Playia” was created from indigenous varieties of Xinisteri and Maratheftiko, and is part of the “Playia” series of “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades”.

Fermented under controlled temperature and constant care, it constitutes an innovative blend of the most recognisable and aromatic indigenous varieties, thus combining all Cypriot land characteristics in a single glass.

It has a fine, light rosé colour and tender tannins in the mouth, granted by the Maratheftiko. It smells of delicate aromas of kernel stone fruit, especially peach, with notes of white flowers and candy, due to the Xinisteri.

Served at 8˚C, it harmonically blends with colourful salads, pasta, pizza and fresh seafood.
