Fully expressing the terroir of Omodos, this collectible Xinisteri of limited production (just 1302 bottles), comes from our grandfather’s oldest vineyard, the modern day jewel of “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades”.

It is complex and robust, elegantly aged in noble oak barrels, with a vibrant golden-yellow colour, buttery aromas of citrus fruit, melon and pear, along with notes of nutmeg, clove and vanilla, which complement its fruity character harmoniously.

Patience during the aging process, will grant you with a robust, creamy and simultaneously crunchy mouth and persistent aftertaste, which captures the palate. “Reserve Xinisteri” provides exciting gastronomical experiences when paired with creamy recipes with mushrooms, game birds, such as pigeon, as well as fatty seafood, such as scallops.

“Reserve Xinisteri” needs its time in the cellar, in supine position at 10-12˚C, in order to age and reach an even more complex form.
