The elegant and fragrant Rodámbelo is named after its intense and bright rosé colour. It was created from the privately owned vineyards of Oenou Yi-Ktima Vassiliades, drawing coolness and freshness from the altitude and the charismatic elements of the Omodos’ terroir.

A blend of the international variety Shiraz and the native varieties Maratheftiko and Lefkada, with aromatic elements of strawberry and rose petals, redcurrant and cherry spoon sweet.

The initial contact with the mouth pleasantly stimulates the palate, revealing complexity and delicate balance between its taste characteristics and its acidity.

Served at 10-12˚C, it blends well with fresh green salads, poultry and oily dishes, but it is also an ideal aperitif.
