Amongst the “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades” sprawling vineyards, two famous international varieties appear to somehow discover new ways and means to reach their full potential.

A wine characterized by a distinct freshly cracked black peppercorn and red fruit aroma. Initial contact with the taste buds is a stimulating experience which tickles the palate. Merlot reveals a complexity which strikes a fine balance between the astringency of its tannins and acidic texture. Velvety and fresh, Shiraz adds structure and complexity to this dense, dark, spicy wine, a blend of powerful red fruit with French oak.

It blends harmoniously and may be served with barbeque and pasta, although it may be equally as appealing without a food accompaniment.

Ιt is recommended that it be served at a temperature of 15-17ºC and can be aged.
