This truly one of a kind safari allows you to get deep into the vineyards in pure comfort! We invite you to immerse yourself among the vines as you tour our vineyards upon our super comfy air-conditioned vehicle. Discover the rich wine history of Omodos village and get to sample the internationally acclaimed wines that are produced in this quiet wine heaven of “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades”.

We offer an entertaining and educational day that will enrich your understanding and appreciation for the unique art of wine making, to discover the story inside the bottle. This exciting tour is for any and all wine lovers who would like to learn more about how great wine starts in the vineyards!

Your guide has developed an experiential tourism experience for gourmet travelers using wine as the “window” with which to meet and engage with the authentic Cyprus culture, history, cuisine, hospitality and of course wine. The personalized tours provide true behind the scenes experiences.

  • You join us at the “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades” Winery in Omodos, Limassol District
  • We set off at 08:00 a.m. heading towards the famous Afami mountain
  • 90-minute Vineyard Safari leading you through the Vineyards of “Oenou Yi – Ktima Vassiliades”. Your personal Winery Host discusses our unique terroir, an array of varietals, grape growing techniques, the importance of micro-climates and everything that comes together to make our delicious wine!
  • You will enjoy a Traditional Cyprus Breakfast the so-called “Mpoukoma” along with a welcome shot of Zivania, under our grape canopies in one of our Vineyards
  • Wine Tour and Tasting at the winery’s premises
  • Luxurious lunch paired with our fine wines at the winery’s restaurant “estiatorio Playia”. Enjoy wine in its homeland through a pleasant culinary journey indulge yourself in a unique gastronomic and wine sensation, while overlooking the evergreen vineyards of Omodos village*.

Buckwheat salad

(Arugula leaves, roasted pumpkin cubes, crispy bread, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, pomegranate, feta cheese, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, olive oil and sherry dressing)

Stuffed Chicken

(Chicken stuffed with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and anari cheese, basil, celeriac purée, quinoa with mushroom and thyme sauce)

(Pork loin braised with red wine and aromatic herbs, parsnip purée, coriander seeds, roasted mushrooms, parsnip roots served with red wine sauce)
